Spending ("the app") is made by Rovshen Shirinzade. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.

Your financial data stays on your device

Transactions, amounts, notes, categories, budgets and settings are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. The app has no account and no sign-up.

Anonymous usage statistics

To understand which features are used and to improve the app, it uses Google Analytics for Firebase. It records events such as "a transaction was added", "a file was exported" or "the language was changed", together with:

• a random app-instance identifier (not your name, email or Apple ID),
• device model, operating system version, app version and language,
• approximate country or region, derived from the network connection.

The app never sends amounts, notes, category names or any other content you enter. This data is not linked to your identity, is not used for advertising and is not used to track you across other apps or websites. It is processed by Google under the Firebase privacy terms and kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics (up to 14 months).

Files you export

PDF and Excel exports are created on your device. They only go where you choose to send or save them.

Data from the previous version

When you update from an earlier version of the app, your existing categories and transactions are moved into the new version on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

Deleting your data

Use Settings → Delete all data in the app, or delete the app from your device. Either removes everything the app stored on that device.

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
